WHAT WE BELIEVE

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Word of God

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to mankind, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason. We believe in the full gospel - 2 Timothy 3:15-16; 1 Peter 2:2.

Repentance

Jesus secured our eternal life on the cross. He did all the work of salvation on the cross. We cannot partake or enjoy the finished work of the cross without repentance. We must humble ourselves, seek the face of God and we will be made whole. Repentance precedes forgiveness. - 2 Chronicles 7:14;John 19:28-30

Prayer

Prayer is very important and should be made daily. Prayer is beyond asking God what you need and saying goodbye. Prayer is intimacy with God. Prayer is communion with God. Prayer is fellowship. Prayer is a two way communication. Prayer is practicing the presence of God - Matthew 7:7; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Psalm 42:7-9

Authority

We have been given authority by God to dominate the earth. The earth is a colony or extension of heaven and we’re sent as God’s ambassador to fulfill heaven’s will on earth - Luke 10:19, Luke 21:15

Royal priesthood

We’re chosen and set apart Kings and Queens as we represent God on earth. - 1 Peter 2:9, Rev 5:10

Trinity

There’s one God who manifests in three person; Father, Son and Holy Spirit - Matthew 28:19, Gen 1:1-2

Salvation

The great miracle is salvation. We’re saved by grace. No one can work their way into salvation and holiness. - Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5

Healing

Jesus has not come to strike us with sickness and diseases. The Lord wants us to enjoy good health. He’s paid the price for our divine health - Isaiah 53:5, Mark 5:21-43

God’s presence

Jesus is the only way to God’s presence. There’s no way. There are no multiple ways. God’s presence is all we need because it makes us whole. - John 14:6, Psalm 16:11

The Prophetic

Prophets and the prophetic is very important in the body of Christ because it reveals the mind of God and help expose the plans and lies of the enemy - Joel 2:28, Acts 2:17

Righteousness

The Lord wants us to live a righteous life because that’s who He’s created to be. There are a lot of benefits doing so- I John 2:29, Proverbs 21:21, I Timothy 6:11

The Crucified Life

Our greatest enemy is our flesh. We can’t live a crucified without dying to ourselves. Dying to ourselves profits us here on earth and in heaven. To achieve this we need crucify the flesh daily by dwelling in the presence of God through deep prayer. - Matthew 10:38, Matthew 16:24

Yielded Life

Life is easy but we make it complicated when we try to take charge of all the affairs of our lives. Surrendering and letting God lead us is the key to a fulfilled life - Matthew 11:28, Zachariah 4:6

Deliverance

Deliverance is very necessary especially when we find ourselves having difficulty breaking some certain habits or when we’re confronted with unending battles. Seeking deliverance doesn’t necessarily mean you’re possessed by demons- Matthew 10:1, Luke 8:26-39, Obadiah 1:17

The Anointing

The anointing is the power of God. It is the overflow of the presence and glory of God. There are 3 main rivers to the anointing; the personal, the anointing for service and the anointing for domination. The anointing serves different purposes. It empowers us to know Christ. It empowers us for ministry. It destroys satanic yokes and bondages. 1 John 2:27; Acts 1:8, Isaiah 10:27

The Lord's Supper

The Lord’s Supper, consisting of the elements, bread and the fruit of the vine, is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:4), a memorial of His suffering and death (1 Corinthians 11:26).

It is enjoined on all believers “until He comes.”
